Accounting Staff

Job Description:

  • Financial reporting and general ledger structure including maintenance of all functions of accounting systems.
  • Verify accuracy of all general ledger entries and ensure they are recorded in timely manner & in compliance with company policies.
  • Conducting billing processes (e.g., tax, revenue)
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities and expenses)
  • Ensure differences or discrepancies are brought to the attention and action is taken.
  • Ensure accounting practices are complied with procedures and internal controls.
  • Collaborates with the other departments to support overall department goals and objectives.
