Quality Control Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Punch list and accept units according to the established quality and tolerances.
- Handle all customer-related concerns and monitor if all are being addressed accordingly.
- Maintain good relationships with buyers/ clients by ensuring quality service.
- Monitor and coordinate with general contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, warranty services, property management to ensure that the specs, budget, and schedules were met.
- Prepare accomplishment reports and documents detailing the progress of the project.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a licensed and registered Civil Engineer.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A customer service background is an advantage but not required
