Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Dues – monthly dues for each house and lot owner includes payment for common services and facilities for all owners (securities, street lights, garbage collection). Construction Bond – payment made by the homeowner to the developer to make sure that the former proceeds with the construction of the house in compliance with the guidelines on residential constructions, renovations and additions, and that the construction is made with utmost care with regards to common facilities / infrastructures within the community. Utilities– like water, telephone and cable are charged separately by different utility companies servicing the project.
